How to Use

1. Ensure the device is charged before use. If it won’t power on, recharge using the provided cable.

2. Wrap the brace around your ankle and secure it firmly.

3. Press and hold the power button (2 seconds) until you hear a beep. Default heat setting starts at 50°C.

4. Press the heat button to cycle through: 40°C → 45°C → 50°C → 55°C → 60°C.

5. Press the vibration button to cycle through all three massage modes. Press again after the third mode to turn vibration off.

6. To power off, press and hold the power button (2 seconds). All indicators will turn off.
